Crewhand costs Starter $49/month (up to 2 users), Team $129/month (3–5 users) and Pro $229/month (6–15 users). Enterprise (16+ users) is priced by quote. Paying yearly gets two months free. Every user on your plan is included, with no per-user fee, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

No. The plan price covers everyone up to the plan's limit: 2 users on Starter, up to 5 on Team and up to 15 on Pro. Crew members, office staff and dispatchers all count the same. There is no extra charge per user inside those limits.

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product (everything in Pro), and you don't need a credit card to start. Pick a plan when you're ready.

Yearly billing is two months free: Starter is $490/year, Team $1,290/year and Pro $2,290/year.

Only if you use them. When your customers pay an invoice online, Crewhand keeps 1% of each payment on top of Stripe's standard card processing fee. There is no fee on cash, checks or payments you record yourself. If you run payroll, the payroll provider's fees are billed at its standard rates.

The Pro plan. It adds the books (chart of accounts, bank feed, reconciliation, sales tax, year end), payroll from approved hours, job profitability and the HubSpot import. Team adds dispatch, repeating jobs, text messaging, crew location, the Bid Calculator, photo reports and custom fields.

Yes. Plans are month to month (or year to year if you pay yearly), and you can cancel from Settings.
