Invoicing and online payments: common questions

What does it cost to take payments?

Stripe's standard processing fee, plus 1% to Crewhand on each online payment. There's no Crewhand fee on cash, checks or payments you record yourself.

Can customers set up autopay?

Yes. Customers can save a card from their portal, and Crewhand charges it on each invoice's due date.

Can I charge late fees automatically?

Yes. Turn on late fees and Crewhand adds them to overdue invoices that were actually sent to the customer.

Which Crewhand plans include invoicing & payments?

Invoicing and online payments are on every plan. Reminder texts need Team or Pro; email reminders are on every plan.
