Timesheets and payroll: common questions
Does Crewhand do payroll?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Payroll runs from the timesheets you approve, for employees and contractors. The payroll provider underneath handles withholding, tax filing and direct deposit, and bills its fees at its standard rates.
Does it track where the crew clocks in?
Each clock-in and clock-out saves the GPS distance from the job site. On Team and Pro you can also see where clocked-in crew are right now. Nobody is tracked off the clock.
Does it calculate overtime?
Yes. Set a weekly threshold and multiplier, and an optional daily rule, and timesheets show overtime for you.
Which Crewhand plans include timesheets & payroll?
Timesheets, overtime and time off are on every plan; crew location is on Team and Pro; payroll is on Pro.
