Industry packs for 29 trades. Pick your trade at signup and start with its services, add-ons, Good / Better / Best packages, maintenance plans, site-visit questions and photo list, then a four-step walk to make the prices yours. Work in more than one trade? Add another trade's pack any time.
Estimators for every trade. Two to four per trade, priced the way that trade works (squares and pitch, tonnage, production rates, cubic yards), every number yours, Good / Better / Best straight onto a quote.
Try it with sample data. A new company can fill Crewhand with made-up customers, jobs and bills to see it busy, then take them out in one tap.
How did we do? by text. Customers with only a phone number get the question by text, with Great and Not quite on one page.
Today's call list. Quotes opened but not answered, new leads nobody called, unhappy customers and bills two weeks overdue, most important first.
How did we do?. Great goes on to your review page; Not quite comes to you first, with a free redo.
Kind words. Customers' lines about their job, shown on your booking page and quotes once you approve them.
Confirm by text. Reminders customers answer with C to confirm or R to change it, and a list of who hasn't answered.
Plans that keep themselves. Customers skip a visit, pause until a date, or add a service to their next visit from their own page.
Get paid your way. Cards on file charged on the due date, overdue reminders by text, and an optional pay-early discount or card fee.
Jobs that need two people. Set it on a service or a job; booking and dispatch respect it, and helpers get it in their morning message.
Money coming in. Bills due and visits booked, week by week, on Insights.
Spanish for your customers. Mark a customer Español and their quotes, bills, texts and pages are in Spanish.
Memberships and loyalty. A yearly membership for a percent off every visit, or every Nth visit cheaper. Both off until you turn them on.
