Does Crewhand have a dispatch board?

Yes, on Team and Pro: one day at a time, a column per crew member plus an unassigned pool, and you drop jobs onto a person and a time.

Can customers book online?

Yes, on every plan. Turn on booking, choose which services are bookable, and share the link or put it on your website. It only offers open times and checks your service area.

Does it optimize routes?

It suggests a stop order and start times for the day from estimated drive times. Those are estimates from distance, not live traffic.

Which Crewhand plans include scheduling & dispatch?
