Does the phone track mileage automatically in the background?

No. Crewhand suggests trips from the locations it records while someone is clocked in (Team and Pro), and anyone can type a trip in. It doesn't record driving in the background.

Which mileage rate does it use?

The IRS standard mileage rate for the year, which you can update when the IRS changes it.

Which Crewhand plans include mileage log?
