Schedule a job and send the crew

Help › Jobs and the crew

Put work on the calendar, assign who's doing it, and let them know.

1. From an accepted quote press Schedule job, or open Jobs and add one.
2. Pick the day and time and who's doing it. Repeating work can be set to come back on its own.
3. Use Calendar to see the week, and Dispatch to drag jobs onto people and times.
4. Your customer can be reminded before the visit: see Settings → Appointment reminders by email.
