The less-used invoice settings, and where they are.

Open the invoice and press More options. There you'll find:

the invoice's name, status and the customer's PO or reference;
switches for this invoice only: never charge the card on file, no pay-early discount, no late fees, work photos;
a deposit already collected;
Multiple sites: one invoice with a section per property.

On each line, Cost, discount, tax and note opens what the line costs you, a markup or discount, whether it's taxed, and a description.
