Send from your own email address

Connect Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any mailbox so quotes and invoices come from you.

1. Open Settings → Email.
2. Outlook or Microsoft 365: press Connect Outlook and sign in. Replies then land in Mail and on the customer's record.
3. Gmail or another provider: enter your sending details there. For Gmail you'll need an app password from your Google account.

Until you connect, Crewhand sends quotes and invoices for you as your company via Crewhand, with replies to you.
