Keep each customer's contact details and every site you work at.

Open Contacts (under Sales) and add a customer, or type a new name in any customer box and pick + New contact….
Add the places you work for them as properties: a home, or each site of a commercial customer.
Their page then shows every quote, job, invoice, photo and message in one place.
